I’m back in “From the Land of Figs and Olives,” because it’s been an amazing cookbook so far, and it’s still proving to be great. Fool biz-Zayt (182), Yemeni hot sauce (16), eggplant purée (31), and Malawah (http://www.shebayemenifood.com/content/yemeni-malawah-bread). I loved every bite. The bread was beautifully flaky, and each flavor was fresh and distinct.
