Daal

Afghani Vermicelli Rice I, from Anissa Helou’s Feast, p. 238. Quorma e Zaraloo – Afghan Lemony Apricot Stew, Daal, Sabzi Rawash – Rhubarb Spinach Curry. This was a totally delicious meal, and perfectly used up a surplus of apricots and greens that I had. Next time I’ll be more attentive so that the rhubarb doesn’t completely cook down, and use more of it.
