Dou Jiang You Tiao / 豆浆油条

It’s a Chinese savory soy milk breakfast/brunch dish. I tried it as an afternoon snack, and I’m intrigued. Next time I’ll make sure the soy sauce is hotter and I’ll add more salt and less vinegar. The scallions and the cruller are both excellent in there. I used the recipe from The Woks of Life.
