I’m not sure that these two dishes would traditionally be served together, but they are both Russian recipes and I think it worked out very well. The bean recipe is a pea pancake, #6 in this list of brief recipes. I used my basic dosa techniques on cast iron and it was easier than I could have expected. The splash of color and flavor is a Lyubovnitsa salad.
