Poshol

This was quick to make and totally delicious. I used brown tepary beans from @teparybeans Ramona Farms, and I stayed fairly close to the main recipe they offer for them on their site. I didn’t pre-soak them, but put all of the ingredients straight into the slow cooker for 10 hours. The tepary beans came out with a wonderful texture, as you can see in the photo. So far I know the brown ones best, but I also have white and black tepary beans to try. The brown ones have such a wonderfully nutty flavor.
